✨ Refilling My Cup: Pilates, Painting & Girl Therapy

This Sunday felt like a gentle reminder to slow down and reconnect with myself. It wasn’t just about the activities — Pilates, matcha, fresh juices, Thai massages, acai bowls, cheese boards, and even pumpkin painting — it was about the way each moment became a ritual of care.
My first Pilates class with @i_am_danni_b pushed me outside my comfort zone. It was challenging, but I loved how intentional every movement felt. That sense of strength and alignment stayed with me long after the class ended. Painting pumpkins with my girl reminded me that creativity can be just as healing as movement — it’s playful, grounding, and a beautiful way to catch up with friends.
This year has been about choosing wellness over busyness, and joy over obligation. I’ve been learning that self-care doesn’t always have to be quiet solitude; sometimes it’s sharing a Pilates session or a painting class with friends in London, treating it as a kind of retail therapy for the soul.
I’m proud of the way I’ve been showing up for myself — not perfectly, but consistently. And sharing these little rituals through @jasmine.jaed has become part of the healing too.

🌸 Closing Mantra
"I choose to refill my cup with joy, movement, and creativity. Wellness is not a destination — it’s the way I show up for myself, one ritual at a time."
